Delivery time and cost

Please note that delivery costs depend on the delivery address. The estimated delivery time within Europe is 2-5 days and 4-8 days elsewhere. Standard delivery to Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland costs 10 Eur per order
Standard delivery to Europe (excluding Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland) costs 20 Eur per order. Standard delivery to all other countries costs 30 Eur per order.

Your order will be shipped from Estonia (European Union).

Taxes and duties

VAT is included in the retail price you see in our Online shop.

Being the recipient of the goods in a country outside of European Union, you are liable for customs duties, import and any other applicable taxes upon order arrival. In order to calculate these costs, please contact your local customs office.


You can pay for your purchases with a debit or credit card. You can pay also by bank links in the Baltic States and Finland.

Your data will be transmitted to third parties only for payment and delivery purposes, this includes carriers, payment service providers, and banks, e.g. parties which are necessary for completing your order. Any saved payment card details are only to be shared with our payment partner and not any other third parties.

Returns and refunds

You can return the received merchandise if it is unused, unworn, undamaged and in original packaging to us for a full refund. The return must be shipped out within 14 days after having received your order.

In order to process the returns please fill in the returns form under My Account. Please note sales are final for the following items: samples, custom-made garments, customized garments, natural fur containing garments, jewelry.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

You will receive a confirmation or your order together with the invoice to the email address provided by you when placing the order.
